Dottie Adele: New in the Shop

I've been hoarding all sorts of scraps from previous projects, hoping to come up with something to do with them someday. And I finally did!

    So cute! I love the floral one! I just might have to get myself one of those! I'm always looking for cute headbands to cover up my 2nd-day-grease-ball hair, but can never find what I'm looking for. I think you may have just done it for me! :)
